Beginning of Octiran
1986 to 1990
• From 1986 to 1990 Octiran management board gained experience as an International company in the field of exhibition services. In parallel with the same field, Octiran started to set up a proper system for production of decoration services.
• In 1990, Octiran company was founded aiming for introduction of new decoration systems for office environments. The company then started the design and production of such systems as a response to such need in the Iranian market.
• In 1990, the company signed a deal on licensed production of decoration systems with Octanorm, a prestigious german producer of such systems in the world.
• In the same year, after receiving the technical information from Octanorm, sample pieces which were produced according to the european DIN standard , were sent to Germany for final approval. later, the production of such pieces started in Iran.
Modular systems and softwares
1992 to 1996
• In 1992,The supply of Octiran products in the field of modular systems for exhibition and shop design began in the market.
• In 1993, Octiran as the first producer of modular office and partition systems began supply in the Iranian and regional market. In the same year, the guarantee and costumer service department was founded in Octiran.
• In 1994, and exclusive software for interior design of office environments named ODS was supplied in the market. This software, renovated the design, sale and ordering process of office decoration in the country.
• In 1995, modular systems for false ceiling and flooring as well as space structures started production and supply.In the same year, modular systems for kitchen design started production.
Next generations of Modular and Asan Decor
1996 to 1999
• In 1375, the second generation of office systems started design and production.
• Octiran founded a sales organization in the form of partnership with 12 companies for design and sale of its products, in Tehran and other cities in Iran from 70 to 75.
• In 1997, Octiran boxed office products started production and sale under the commercial brand of ASAN DECOR.
• In 1998, The third generation of modular office and double skin partitions started production and supply in the market.
• The export of services for execution of exhibition stands for different countries such as Iran, Italy and Germany in different exhibition centers in Spain, Egypt, Russia, Switzerland, Italy, UAE, Libya, Cypres and KSA happened from 1991 to 1998.
Development and Export
1999 to 2004
• 1999 & 2000 marks a new chapter in the development process of Octiran. During this times, a new 7000 sqm factory covering modern production spaces and other departments in a typical modern factory, was founded in the industrial village of Eshtehard.
• In 2001, new machines were purchased and started production for supply of total cellulose products in the market. In 1381, the new Maxima Light systems started market supply according to the latest european standards.
• 2003 marks the beginning of planned export to central Asisa and Persian Gulf region. During this year, with the partnership and investment of Italian and Qazaq investors, the Grand Bazar of Altin Orada covering 23 Ha. of land and more than 15 exhibition halls was completed.
Octa Quick, fully wooden products and double skin partitions
2004 to 2010
• The modular office system named as “economy” started market supply in 2004. The new Octa Quick system with new aluminum profiles started market supply in 2005.
• The new organization of Octiran company with a concentrated sale system happened in 2006.
• the Octiran showroom and headquarters covering 250 sqm of office space was founded in 2007.
• In 2008 new machines for production of wooden pieces were purchased and installed in the factory; design and production of fully wooden products have started since then. In 2009, the new generation of double skin partitions with extensive functional qualities started the market supply.
New showrooms and Online portal
2010 to 2015
• the Hafez Showroom covering 1300 sqm of shop area, in the Iranian Office Furniture Bazar opened in 2010
• The Divan Furnitures for the sale of imported Italian and turkish products opened in Pasadaran in 2011
• Production of the new generation of Maxima profiles in the field of exhibition services happened in 2012
• 2013 marks the start of online sales portal for top office furniture with a brand named Huger under Octiran company
• 2014 marks the reintroduction of international exhibition services all around the world
• 2015 marks the start of Huger android & IOS mobile application and the official sale under these apps

Octiran factory
Unbeatable production amount
After nearly 15 years of production in the industrial village of Haljer, due to the need for extension of production space the factory of Octrian moved to Eshtehard Industrial Village. The new factory which benefited from a vast area of 7000 sqm including 5500 sqm of production hall started production and storage of different kinds of office and exhibition spaces for the clients. After the factory move, with the utilization of different modern machines and systems production quality, quantity and speed improved greatly.
the new factory space provides a greater ability to respond specific costumer needs, with utilization of new machines and systems as well as proper technical trained forces.
Based on a day shift, the annual production capacity of the factory is 38000 sqm of wooden pieces as well as 120 tones of metallic pieces including all other complementing materials. Such capacity is able to furnish 50,000 sqm of office space including all types of furniture such as desks, tables, storage, bookcase and partitions.
