Established in 1986
Octiran company started working in 1986 in the form of an international exhibition service company "booth" and from that time until 1990, it started experimenting in this field. Since 1990, this company has entered a new stage of its activity with the aim of creating a culture about the use of modern office space decoration systems and the production of prefabricated systems to resolve this need inside the country. In 1991 and in a new step, Octiran company signed a contract with one of the largest companies producing decoration systems in the world and after that, while providing and developing the previous services, it started producing "under the license of Octanorm Germany." and after the successful production of parts, it continued its activity under the name of "Octiran" towards further development. During the years of its activity, Octiran Group pursued innovation to resolve the domestic needs of the country in the specialized field as the focus of its activities. And by accurately identifying the needs of the audience, it became a pioneer in the domestic production of international standard products in Iran. Based on this, in 1993, Octiran Company, as the first supplier of office and partition modular systems, offered its products to the market of Iran and the region. During development and progress, Octiran, presented products and innovations to the audience of Iran as well as the region, including the production and presentation of false ceiling and false floor modular systems, spatial structure, modular kitchen system and second generations. And thirdly, he mentioned the office modular system and double-wall partition.
Between 1991 and 1998, this company entered the field of exporting exhibition services to build exhibition stands and booth and in this context, it managed to export its products to the exhibition centers of countries such as Italy, Germany, Spain, Egypt, Russia, Switzerland, the United Arab Emirates, Libya, Kazakhstan, Cyprus, etc.
In the years 1999 and 2000, a new chapter in the growing process of Octiran company began with the establishment of a new factory in Eshtehard industrial town with an area of more than 7000 square meters and relying on more capacity, in 2001 Octiran all cellulosic products and in 2002 new Maxima Light systems were released to the market in accordance with the latest European standards.
In 2003, at the same time as the planned export to Central Asia and the Persian Gulf began, with the joint investment of Italian and Kazakh investors, the large "Altin Orda" bazaar with an area of 23 hectares with more than 15 exhibition halls was completed and ready for operation in Kazakhstan.
During the next years of Octiran's activity, the development path was followed with speed and seriousness, and many activities were implemented in this direction, including the provision of the modular economy office system, the Octaquik system, the installation and commissioning of the production line of all- wood products, the provision of generation He mentioned the new double-glazed partitions, the opening of Hafez and Pasdaran stores, the production of the new generation of Maxima profile systems, the launch of the first online sales portal for office decoration (Khouger), the launch of the overseas system and many other things.

Octiran factory
Unbeatable production amount
After nearly 15 years of production in the industrial village of Haljer, due to the need for extension of production space the factory of Octrian moved to Eshtehard Industrial Village. The new factory which benefited from a vast area of 7000 sqm including 5500 sqm of production hall started production and storage of different kinds of office and exhibition spaces for the clients. After the factory move, with the utilization of different modern machines and systems production quality, quantity and speed improved greatly.
the new factory space provides a greater ability to respond specific costumer needs, with utilization of new machines and systems as well as proper technical trained forces.
Based on a day shift, the annual production capacity of the factory is 38000 sqm of wooden pieces as well as 120 tones of metallic pieces including all other complementing materials. Such capacity is able to furnish 50,000 sqm of office space including all types of furniture such as desks, tables, storage, bookcase and partitions.
