1999 to 2004

• 1999 & 2000 marks a new chapter in the development process of Octiran. During this times, a new 7000 sqm factory covering modern production spaces and other departments in a typical modern factory, was founded in the industrial village of Eshtehard.

• In 2001, new machines were purchased and started production for supply of total cellulose products in the market. In 1381, the new Maxima Light systems started market supply according to the latest european standards.

• 2003 marks the beginning of planned export to central Asisa and Persian Gulf region. During this year, with the partnership and investment of Italian and Qazaq investors, the Grand Bazar of Altin Orada covering 23 Ha. of land and more than 15 exhibition halls was completed.
